Very nice trail that not a lot of people know about, but otther mt bikers help keep it up, just be careful at the beginning 1/4 miles for YMCA campers in the summer durring camp hours. There is some mad fun downhills w/ streight up, uphills where you get some nice G's and go about 30MPH. You get a great work out too, but if you want there's ways to avoid uphills. Single/Double track
Directions: When going west on 104 turn onto bay road then follow that up a hill and then turn left when you see and Arby's on your right, then continue a little ways until you see a YMCA (the bayview) then park car, and go across field and look for trals in woods.
